Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Poocho mobile application. Your access to and use of the platform is conditioned upon your absolute acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Platform Nature and Content Disclaimer
Authentic Knowledge Dissemination: Poocho acts as a dedicated digital forum to connect users with verified Islamic scholars for authentic Shariah guidance.
No Institutional Liability for Correctness: The thoughts, specific inquiries, and detailed responses (Fatwas) published on this platform represent the individual knowledge, academic research, and perspectives of the respective users and scholars. Poocho management operates strictly as a digital hosting service and does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the absolute correctness, real-world interpretation, or theological accuracy of the content.
Non-Endorsement Clause: Hosting a verified scholar does not imply that Poocho’s management universally endorses, aligns with, or agrees with every specific opinion, legal ruling, or theological interpretation issued by that individual scholar.

3. Community Guidelines, Prohibited Conduct, and Intellectual Property
Prohibition of Fitnah and Abuse: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to incite social discord (Fitnah), spread hate speech, harass, defame, abuse, or target any individual, organization, specific religion, sect (Firqa), or community.
Respect for Personalities: While we recognize and respect the legal boundaries of freedom of expression and honest academic discourse, the dignity and honor of all individuals and historical personalities must be rigorously maintained.
Platform Rights: Poocho reserves the absolute unilateral right to monitor content, reject queries, and ban, suspend, or terminate accounts of users or scholars who violate these community guidelines without prior notice.
Intellectual Property (IP) & Copyright Protection: All original source code, application architectures, user-interface (UI) layouts, visual graphics, UX design elements, custom software, branding assets, trademarks, and the official logo of Poocho are the exclusive intellectual property of Mohammad Badruddin. This digital property is protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws. No user or third party has the right to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of our intellectual property without explicit written permission from the owner.
User Content License: By posting questions or answers on Poocho, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to host, display, format, generate into PDFs, and distribute this content strictly for educational and knowledge-sharing purposes within the app's ecosystem.

No Financial or Legal Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poocho, its owner (Mohammad Badruddin), and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation, use, or goodwill.
Platform "As-Is" Status: The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Any reliance you place on the content or interactions within the app is strictly at your own financial and kanooni risk. Poocho assumes no legal or financial liability for any real-world consequences arising from such interactions.

We assume no legal or financial liability for temporary platform downtime, technical glitches, or temporary data unavailability during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

6. Indemnity Clause (User Legal Accountability)
User Financial Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poocho, its creator Mohammad Badruddin, and its operational team from and against any and all legal claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and statutory legal expenditures) arising from:
Your violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
Your illegal, abusive, or harmful conduct within the application.
Any breach of community guidelines or infringement of third-party rights caused by your text, questions, or answers.
Legal Expenses: In the event of any lawsuit or litigation triggered due to a user's malicious actions, all associated legal expenses and court compensation costs will be borne entirely by that specific user, leaving Poocho completely legally insulated.
User Financial Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poocho, its creator Mohammad Badruddin, and its operational team from and against any and all legal claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and statutory legal expenditures) arising from:
Your violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
Your illegal, abusive, or harmful conduct within the application.
Any breach of community guidelines or infringement of third-party rights caused by your text, questions, or answers.
Legal Expenses: In the event of any lawsuit or litigation triggered due to a user's malicious actions, all associated legal expenses and court compensation costs will be borne entirely by that specific user, leaving Poocho completely legally insulated.
7. Governing Law and Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any kanooni karrawayi, legal dispute, litigation, or statutory grievance arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Poocho application shall be subject strictly, exclusively, and solely to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dumariyaganj or Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. No other judicial forum or court outside these designated zones shall have jurisdiction to entertain any claims.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any kanooni karrawayi, legal dispute, litigation, or statutory grievance arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Poocho application shall be subject strictly, exclusively, and solely to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dumariyaganj or Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. No other judicial forum or court outside these designated zones shall have jurisdiction to entertain any claims.
8. Modifications and Changes to Terms
Unilateral Right to Amend: Poocho management reserves the absolute, sole, and unilateral right to update, modify, replace, or alter these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy at any time in the future to reflect changes in app services or governing legislation.
User Responsibility: Your continued use of the mobile application following the publication of any modifications to this document constitutes a binding, legal acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. It is the user's ongoing responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
